Information changes


At MIA Sustainable Collection we accept changes.

You can exchange your product without any inconvenience for any other product at MIA.

You have a period of up to 30 days from receipt to make the change. Exchanges of damaged, used or missing garments without the corresponding original labeling will not be accepted.

Items must be packaged correctly so that they do not suffer damage in transit.
Please, before making any changes, contact us to tell us which item you want to change and why.

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will give you a purchase coupon in the store for the amount of the returned product, valid for one year.

    Very important:

    You must send the merchandise through Correos España in the Normal Certified Shipping mode, with tracking number. Exactly the same method that we use with your shipment. It is the only way for both parties to certify both the shipment and receipt of the merchandise.

    You do not pay shipping costs under these conditions:

    • You have received a product that does not correspond to the one you purchased.
    • You have received a damaged product.

    In the event that you want to change size or product, we cannot assume the shipping costs. To try to prevent this from happening, you have the size guide available for each product, but above all, you have us to ask any questions, we will help you as much as possible to find the right size.

    Conflict resolution

    If you have not been able to reach an agreement with us, and you want to start a dispute resolution procedure for online purchases, the European Union has the Online Dispute Resolution Office, which you can access here .
